Making your breakfast the night before you plan to eat is can be a great way to save time and get a head start on in the morning, without having to resort to grab-and-go cereal bars. Here at MOMA we save all of our old jam jars with screw lids, and use these to make these little banana yogurt pots. First, we add a spoonful of thick yogurt to the bottom of the jar then add a layer of mashed up banana and some chopped walnuts. We then repeat these layers until the jar is full. Top Tip: Try squeezing some lime juice on top of your banana layer to prevent it from turning brown, the lime will also add a tropical tang to your banana yogurt pot. The beauty of using a jar is that it fits nicely in the fridge, stands up nicely in a lunch bag and are much less likely to explode than a plastic tub.Grapefruit
