MethodÂ
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.Â
- In a separate bowl, combine oat milk, egg, butter and vanilla.Â
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, stirring until just combined (a few lumps are fine).Â
- Heat a lightly greased pan over a medium heat and ladle in the batter.Â
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles appear, then flip and cook for another minute.Â
- Serve warm with golden syrup, fresh berries, or a drizzle of honey.Â

MethodÂ
