How do I set up my subscription?

It’s simple – just choose your favourite products and hit “subscribe and save” then select how often you’d like it delivered.

Please note, when setting up your subscription your first order will be fulfilled at the point of check-out.

Your next recurring delivery date will be based on the frequency selected which can be amended in the account area.

Please note, when signing up for a subscription it will not automatically register an account, this can be done in the account area.

How often will I receive my subscription?

This is totally up to you, you can choose to get a delivery every two-weeks, monthly, bi-monthly or even bi-annually! It all depends on your level of oat obsession!

For first timers – we recommend the monthly option.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Our subscription service is really flexible; If you’re not going to be home that week, want to swap products or add products to your subscription you can edit, pause or skip your subscription all within your account area.

The easiest way to access to your subscription is to set up an account where you’ll be able to view orders, edit your address or make changes to your subscription.
